How to Produce an Energy Poverty Action Guide

This ‘how to guide’ details key information and tips for actors in individual Member States to create their own Energy Poverty Action Guide (EPAG) for use in their Member State. An EPAG is a detailed guide aimed at Elected Officials, local government officials and advice workers, to provide them with detailed information on the issue of energy poverty, its causes, key actions that can be taken and possible solutions. The aim of an EPAG is to provide said actors with sufficient information to assist vulnerable households and to help lift them out of or reduce their risk of Energy Poverty.

NOTE: This is a guidance document on how to produce an Energy Poverty Action Guide; it is not an Action Guide itself.

This documents represents the first of up to three new training and practical resources produced by EPOV.
