Cold Comfort: A Review of Coping Strategies Employed by Households in Fuel Poverty


Energywatch commissioned Inclusion to examine the level and quality of research evidence currently available concerning the coping strategies used to deal with fuel poverty that are employed by households deemed vulnerable by the government’s UK Fuel Poverty Strategy. These are defined as low income households particularly those containing children, older people, and people with disabilities or long term illnesses.
