Ombudsman Energía México

Ombudsman Energía Mexico (OEM) is a non-profit non-partisan civil society organization. Our Mission is to bridge Mexican energy sector development with social development. We seek to resolve disputes between consumers and energy suppliers in an independent and impartial fashion; to raise awareness of energy access as a fundamental right for human development; and to monitor the sector in order to promote and increase transparency and accountability.
