Description
The National Energy Assistance Directors’ Association (NEADA) is the primary educational and policy organization for the state directors of the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). LIHEAP is a federal appropriation (https://www.acf.hhs.gov/ocs/programs/liheap) that provides formula grants to the US States to help low-income families pay their heating and cooling bills.

We are really interested of finding out how European Union is approaching this subject and what has been developed programmatically for solving Energy Poverty. The objective is to understand best practices in this subject.
