I am an award winning interdisciplinary researcher, with interests spanning the European Union, climate change, energy efficiency, comparative public policy, and the issue of energy poverty across Europe and globally. I am Project Manager of the EU Energy Poverty Observatory, and lead Working Group 2 of the COST Action project ‘European Energy Poverty: Agenda Co-Creation and Knowledge Innovation’, focusing on statistical indicators and developing an operational monitoring framework.

I am interested in collaborating on projects that explore various aspects of energy poverty, including statistical indicators - for national and international monitoring, and capture of health and well-being impacts of energy poverty - as well as the development and evaluation of policy frameworks.
